Watershed, LLC, the location of Asheville Integrative Psychiatry, is excited to be welcoming wellness providers of WNC to offer services at our 16-acre mountain retreat just outside Asheville (in Candler, NC). We have indoor and outdoor office spaces, massage room, hillside cabins with a view of Mt Pisgah, walking trails, and peaceful, quiet spaces for nature connection and therapies. Dance Hall
Our vaulted-ceiling movement space is perfect for dance, yoga, sound healing, small groups, and more.
Mirrored wall, kitchenette, bathroom, wifi, bluetooth speakers, yoga mats and bolsters.

Includes rental of adjacent meeting room.
Meeting Room
Adjacent to the dance hall, the cozy conference room is in our main building and can be heated by wood burning stove.

Office Spaces
Office spaces are in our upper cabin building and are furnished for a comfortable therapeutic space. Covered porch open air office also available.

Our massage space is stocked with towels, massage table with heating cover, towel/stone warmer.

Outdoor Space and Trails
A comment we hear often from clients and visitors is how peaceful and healing it can feel just being on this property. In addition to outdoor office spaces, we have many beautiful places on the land for reflecting, walking, and enjoying the many benefits of spending time in nature. Our quarter-mile trail follows a spring-fed creek up the slope and is lined with many native trees, mosses and wildflowers.

Hillside Cabins
Our two cabins, Sky and Cedar, are built into the forested hillside with a view to Mt Pisgah. Enjoy the cozy inside space or balcony porch.
