Watershed Healing Collective (WHC) is a branch of Asheville Integrative Psychiatry, dedicated to equipping therapists with the tools to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in North Carolina. Who Can Join Watershed Healing Collective?

Dr. Kathleen Dine, Psy.D
Dr. Kathleen Dine is a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 yrs of experience. She is committed to training in the best tools to treat trauma in a holistic way. Kathleen has worked in a variety of settings including group practice, a college counseling center and community mental health. Since beginning her private practice in 2009, she has treated children, teens, adults and families. Kathleen is now focused on providing KAP, trauma intensives and consultation to individual clients in her Black Mountain office. Being licensed in multiple states, she also has a strong teletherapy practice focused on IFS, KAP and psychedelic integration. Born in rural Ohio, Kathleen moved to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in 2023 after living in Southern Indiana/Louisville KY for most of her life. She is a proud mother of two adult children and awesome therapy cat Fiona. Kathleen enjoys yoga, gardening, drum circle, pickleball and learning new things—most recently about ancestral medicine.

Tandy Wells, LCMHC-A (he/him)
Tandy Wells is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for supporting survivors of trauma and individuals navigating addiction. With a master’s degree from Western Carolina University and a BA in Psychology from NC State, Tandy has honed his expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy and its implications for addiction treatment. Tandy’s approach to healing emphasizes repairing disconnection with nature, the body, and the present moment through mindfulness, self-compassion, and radical acceptance. When not in session, Tandy embraces life in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife and daughter. He enjoys hiking, foraging for edible mushrooms (maitakes are his favorite), mountain biking, snowboarding, practicing yoga, and playing the banjo. Cindy Baubach, MA, LCMHC
Cindy Baubach brings over 30 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field to her work at The Elements Counseling Services, PA. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Cindy has spent the majority of her career in North Carolina, where she has made a significant impact in various roles, including crisis management, Critical Incident Debriefing, and program management for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs at a regional medical center. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Gardner-Webb University and played a pivotal role in developing Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Task Forces. Cindy successfully operated a private practice in Salisbury, NC, for 12 years before stepping away in 2018 to care for her elderly father in Tennessee. While there, she continued her career as a Clinical Supervisor in a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) facility and as an Assessment Coordinator in a medical center emergency room. After her father’s passing in 2021, Cindy returned to North Carolina to reopen her private practice, where she continues her mission of helping clients navigate trauma, grief, and mental health challenges. As an advocate for innovative mental health solutions, Cindy completed a 10-month training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy in 2023 and serves on the Advocacy Committee for the Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina (LCCNC). She is also an active member of the NC Psychedelic Policy Coalition, working to educate and advocate for advancements in mental health treatments.
