Join us for a special spring equinox forest bathing guided immersive experience with certified guide Christa Hebal. We will drop into a meditative connection with the forest on the AIP campus during a 2.5 - 3 hour gentle immersive experience and end with a tea ceremony. All are welcome!

Led by forest therapy guide Christa Hebal, this 3-hour stroll through the forest allows you to fully immerse yourself in the wonders of nature. Through a series of invitations, you’ll be encouraged to quiet your mind, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection with both nature and community.
