Tiffany Sauls, MD, founder and owner of Asheville Integrative Psychiatry, is a leader in the field of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for treatment-resistant PTSD. With a background in integrative psychiatry and wilderness therapy, she brings a unique perspective to mental health treatment. Dr. Sauls trained with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and currently participates in MDMA Expanded Access work with clients with PTSD at Sunstone Therapies. She is dedicated to merging the healing potential of psychedelics with nature immersion, aiming to revolutionize psychiatric care in the Southeastern United States.

Dave MacDonald, LCSW, a seasoned therapist based in Asheville, NC, has also completed training with MAPS for treating complex PTSD with MDMA. With over 35 years of experience, Dave's practice integrates psychoanalytic psychodynamic therapy with body-oriented modalities and trauma processing techniques. Deeply involved in the world of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, Dave is currently training in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy through the Psychedelic Somatic Institute and he's committed to advancing the future of mental health care through innovative approaches and artistic expression.
