About the event

We are now offering a small Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) experience with preparatory, integrative therapy, and a continued focus on nature connection.  We are only offering this to current or former clients who have completed at least one session of individual KAP at AIP.

Limited to groups of six or less, these group sessions offer preparatory therapy with our therapists, a 3 hour KAP session with the opportunity for nature connection before and after, and integration follow up.  There will be minimal group processing or interaction during the KAP experience. The preparation and integration will be done as a group and will involve interaction. The group format makes this work more affordable. Also, having worked in group psychedelic settings, we have seen that there can be a surprising benefit to taking this journey with others.  Sometimes a pilgrimage can be valuable in a way that a solitary journey cannot.

This session will be led by Sandra Dowd on Friday May 10th, 2024 from 8:30am-12:30pm.  The cost will be $450 per person ($600 if a rescreening is needed because we haven’t seen you in the last 6 months) with a maximum of six participants. We will be collecting a $150 non refundable deposit at the time of commitment. The exception to “non refundable” is if we have to cancel the group. Should we not meet a minimum of 3 participants, we will reschedule to the following month. These sessions will take place in our yoga studio and each participant will be given headphones and eye shades so that it is possible to do interior work in a group setting.  Sessions will be attended by two therapists who are trained in psychedelic work and medically monitored by our clinical team.

As always, our goal is to combine the safest and most evidence based care with the power of nature connection.  We hope that this offering makes continued ketamine work more accessible to those who are interested. Please contact us if this appeals to you or if you have questions and we can connect you to one of our therapists or physicians to learn more.
